Chondromalacia Patella Isometric Exercise

  1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended in a V-shape.
  2. Tense your knee to a contraction, hold for ten (10) seconds.
  3. Relax.
  4. Repeat sequence 1-2 more times.
  5. Do other side if necessary.
