Shin Splint Isometric Exercise

  1. You can use a partner or hook up a towel, hose, etc., to a stationary object.
  2. Pull your foot up against resistance (towards your nose).
  3. Hold for ten (10) seconds.
  4. Do the other foot.
  5. Repeat the sequence.
